Clean room with bedspreads that get washed. Good water pressure, high shower head. Easy check in. Nice clean gym—Treadmills, elliptical, bikes, free weights up to 50lbs. Laundry room looked clean. Pretty pool inside the courtyard. Very well lit parking. Breakfast was wonderful and started at 5am. There is a nice restaurant attached to this hotel. Non hotel guests were at the restaurant. We loved being able to walk to dinner.

We had reservations for 2 nights with our choice reward points but on the first day, we couldn't make due to medical emergency. I called the hotel and Charlee did everything she could to keep us from losing our points, which we didn't. The next day we checked in, Charlee was there and even knew me by name. It was very clean, breakfast was very good and they even let us have a late checkout. We will definitely go back.
Check in service associate, Sabrina was excellent! She was knowledgeable, personable and extremely efficient, handling multible guests checking in, and the phone properly, all at the simultaneously! Please recognize her so that she will know that she, and her good work are appreciated!
Great event facilities. The staff was kind and made sure we were taken care of during our event.
The banquet room was very nice with great staff serving a very nice lunch. Bathroom was extremely clean.
My family and I stopped her driving to the east coast. Other than the very squeaky bed, our stay was great. We traveled with a pet, so we stayed in one of the pet designated rooms. Breakfast was a great addition. Would recommend
Check-In went great, the overnight front desk woman was very polite! The room was nice, a little out dated but not bad. I would have liked to know the pull out couch bed was small. My 15yr old son (5’8 200lbs) fits fine but usually he and his sister (14yrs, 5’1 125lbs) share a bed when we travel. She was no where near able to fit on the pull out couch bed and slept on the couch cushion (it’s long and one piece) with a sheet laid over top of it. She seemed to sleep ok but still would have liked to know that ahead of time.
